“Villa Cammaratini “ is constituted  by a central  body  divided in two floors were there are three matrimonial bed rooms, each one with its own personal bathroom, in two of them there are also  showers and bath tubs, a  modern kitchen, a big dining room with a big  rectangular flower pot, a very comfortable  dining room, and a very refined saloon heated by a central fire place together with an antique billiard pool . on the first floor there is a meditation or reading corner , where in winter nights it’s possible to taste a sweet wine or a good cognac.

The first dependence is composed by a matrimonial bed room with an independent  Bath room , another matrimonial bed room and a single bed  with a bath room in common.

Furnished  totally in modern style , the second dependence has larger and luminous environments, there is also a cooking corner, another big matrimonial bed room with a very large bath and shower room,  suitable for aged people, handicapped people  it can be the right answer for a relaxing holiday.

“Villa Cammaratini “ is enhanced by a porch that looks  directly in the court yard, furnished with an industrial cooking place perfectly equipped  to host cooking  courses,  a brick built  wood oven, and a coke barbeque. Embellished with old style furniture that makes it cozy,  comfortable and characteristic. The porch is separated from the extern  by electric shutters, so it can be easily closed or opened. Therefore it can be used in winter times or to use it for unforgettable lunches and dinners in an open space during summer.

Next to the porch there is a bar corner that looks  at a big swimming pool (!7 meters by 9.5 meters) with a variable depth from 1.30 meters to 3 meters , the swimming pool is reachable by a slide  or by stone stairs, It has been projected to be usable by handicapped people, the swimming pool is made  with a slide to permit all wheel chairs to get into the water with no problems, it is also surrounded by a  large solarium for suntan  the solarium is embraced  by a large green lawn, there are also centenary palms and olive trees and other typical Mediterranean plants  lemon, orange and pomegranate trees. Enormous stepping spaces connect “Villa Cammaratini” local spaces trough the characteristic porch (1500 meters) well rebuilt in compliance with the antique Modican stone pavement  in line with the bucolic houses of this part of Sicily.  “Villa Cammaratini” external environment is enriched by a large barbeque space,  with stone seats for at least 50 people in the centre there is cistern of whom is possible to get water through  an old mechanical system to be activated manually, completed  by a dance large space (250) square meters  surrounded  by a green lawn  enriched with bamboo plants and arbors, it  can be used for private parties, or yoga, and Pilates courses.
