Jolanda Cristiano is a traditional Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Yoga certified teacher, Pranayama and meditation teacher.
With 1800+ hours of training and many years of experience in the practice of yoga, Jolanda studied at the most important and prestigious yoga institutes in India.
She started practicing yoga and meditation in 2011 at the Satyananda Yoga Center in London and after a few years she attended The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India, where she obtained the Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation Diploma.
Jolanda is also a passionate student of the oldest Theravada Buddhism tradition, she practices and teaches Vipassana and Anapanasati meditation.
She gained her experience traveling to India where she obtained her Yoga Therapist diploma at Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, India, and gained various specializations, such as Yoga Philosophy and Psychology at the same institution; Yoga Philosophy: Patanjali Sutras demystified and Yoga for Women at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Research Institute, Pune, India.
Jolanda teaches private and group lessons for different levels.
She organizes yoga retreats and workshops for wellbeing and healthy living.
